How To Decrease Your Risk Of Dying From Prostate Cancer

Prostate cancer is a major cause of death. Although you can not prevent getting prostate cancer, there are things that you can do to reduce your risk. For example 63,000 male health professionals were followed for at least 10 years. It was found that men who had at least five of the following lifestyle habits were about half as likely to die from prostate cancer as those who had only one or none.

The lifestyle habits were exercising vigorously, not smoking, maintaining a healthy weight, eating fatty fish at least once a week, eating tomato products most days, and limiting processed meat to no more than three servings a week.

Does this seem to be too much to do? We do not think so.
