What Is The Foundation Of Good Health?

Think of yourself as a beautiful building: a skyscraper, a cathedral, or a country home. In order to function, that building needs a stable foundation, strong supporting walls, and on top of it all, a roof for protection from the elements. If one is missing, the building will be incomplete. You can't have a roof without walls, and you can't have walls without a foundation. Each component works in concert with the others to achieve it's goal.
