A Sound Mind In A Sound Body

In these blogs I focus on issues that are timely, important and useful for the readers who are looking for an authority to separate the wheat from the chaff that floats around in a sea of misinformation on the internet.  This chaff confuses even the the most attentive reader.

A recent article that appeared in the Journal of the American Medical Association caught my eye. The authors studied 17,761 subjects who had an average age of 64. They found that those who had good cardiovascular health were less likely to develop cognitive impairment that those with poor profiles.

This study along with many others repeats the maxim of "a sound mind in a sound body."One of the best ways to minimize your chances of developing dementia is to take care of your body This means eating mindfully and getting the exercise that you need for good health.
